In this post, I’ll walk you through how to use healing crystals to realign your energy, get grounded, and start feeling more like you again.
What Does It Mean to Realign Your Energy?
Basically, realigning your energy means coming back to your centre. It’s about clearing out low vibes, reconnecting with your body and breath, and feeling balanced again — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Crystals help because they carry their own frequencies that interact with ours. Think of them like tuning forks for your soul ✨

Here are my go-to crystals for an energy reboot:
🌍 Black Tourmaline – For Grounding
If you feel spaced out, overwhelmed or just can’t focus, black tourmaline is amazing. Hold it in your hand or keep it near your feet during meditation.

Rose quartz is soft and loving. It helps heal emotional wounds and reminds you that you deserve compassion – especially from yourself.
🔮 Amethyst – For Mental Clarity
Amethyst helps clear your mind and calm racing thoughts. It’s fab if you’ve got a foggy head or are dealing with a lot of stress.
🌈 Fluorite – For Clearing Negative Energy
Fluorite is like an energetic hoover. It absorbs negativity and helps you focus. Great to keep on your desk or wear as jewellery.
✨ Clear Quartz – For Amplifying Intentions
This one’s like your energy BFF. It boosts the effects of other crystals and helps you get super clear on what you want.
A Simple Crystal Energy Realignment Ritual
Here’s one of my fave ways to reset my energy when I’m feeling off:
