Exchanges, returns and refunds

You can exchange or return any faulty goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us or fill out a contact form and we will send you a return slip to return the item. If you would like an exchange we will send you the new item or if you have requested a refund we will refund the full amount within 7 days.

Bullet Care

To maintain your product store in a safe dry place, keep jewellery away from water or moist areas such as bathrooms, it is also advised to avoid wearing jewellery when doing exercise.
